Life is too short to deny ourselves the intimacy, connection, and comfort we crave from a romantic partner. You don’t have to settle for a mediocre marriage or relationship. And no matter what challenges or disappointments have brought you and your partner to this moment, this is your chance to turn things around.
Because an amazing relationship isn’t something you find. It’s something you create.
Couples therapy & marriage counseling sessions give you the support, flexible structure, and cognitive behavioral strategies you need to make the changes you want in your relationship.
I’ll help you and your partner work through your relationship challenges together, giving you valuable insight into the patterns you need to break and the stories you need to rewrite to feel hopeful about your relationship again.
Feel like your fights have turned toxic, even if your relationship isn’t? We’ll get to the bottom of your hot buttons and explore where your communication is breaking down, so you can learn strategies for staying calm and finding common ground, even in the heat of an argument.
If you’ve been cheated on or lied to, the walls you’ve built around your heart can be impenetrable. When you’re afraid of being hurt again and your confidence has crumbled, I can help you find the courage to be vulnerable again and rebuild trust in your relationship.
If you know you need to do some serious boundary work and feel like your partner isn’t showing up for you the way you want, we can get clear on what you both want and need out of your relationship, so you can get better at supporting one another.
Tired of rehashing the same old arguments without making any progress or feel like your love has lost its luster? As a neutral third party, I can help you come together to resolve your differences and bring out the best in each other. Get fluent in your partner’s love language and remember why they’re your person.
