This 6-week couples bootcamp is based on the internationally acclaimed research of Dr. John Gottman as presented in his book, The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work. 

Not only will you get practical conflict management tools and research-based relationship skills that can dramatically improve the intimacy and friendship in your relationship—and help you resolve conflict in a positive and peaceful way…

You’ll also receive personalized weekly support by couples therapist Suntia Smith to help you address the specific relationship challenges you and your partner keep bumping up against on a day-to-day basis. The best part? Our calls all happen virtually via Zoom, so you can meet with me from the comfort of your couch!

How Couples Bootcamp Works:


After you send through your initial inquiry using the form below, you’ll hear back from me via email within 48 hours. You’ll fill out a short application that tells me a little more about your current relationship challenges to determine if you’re a good fit for this couples bootcamp or better suited for therapy.


If I feel like you’re a match for this program, you’ll receive a new client packet. Once you’ve completed your intake form and made payment, we’ll schedule your weekly  appointment for the next 6 weeks. 


During our 6 weeks together, we’ll meet weekly (virtually) via Zoom. Each week, you’ll receive a follow-up email with recommended action steps and resources to support your progress in between sessions, as well as an audio recording of our call in case you want to revisit our conversation.
