Creating A Life You Love Weekly Round-up

Love Is…
Welcome to the weekly round-up. Today I’d like to ask you to take a few moments and sit and think about what it is you love about you and about your life. Remind yourself that it’s not always the big things that are indicators of love. Sometimes it’s the small quiet things. Sometimes it means sitting alone quietly for time to reflect and gather your thoughts. Or, it might be that you love what you do every day. Whatever it is that you love about you and your life, relish it and nurture it.
1. Love isn’t always the big romantic gestures. Sometimes when you look around the for the little things, you see love is all around you. Read more: Love is sweatpants and take-out on the couch, actually
2. Spending time alone can be healthy. It gives us time to regroup, recharge and reflect. There shouldn’t be a stigma associated with wanting to spend some time alone. What do you think? Read more: The Stigma Of Doing Things Alone
3. Let me tell you, I LOVE relationships. I love being a couples therapist. I love helping couples turn their story from horror to suspense to romance (or at least, a really good romantic comedy). I love empowering couples, allowing them to become the heroes of their own fairy tale. Learn more about why I love couples therapy.
